Tony is a highly qualified chef of 36 years with 5 star hotel and luxury cruise ship experience.
Chloe Ball is the General Manager; Chloe has masses of experience in the wedding and events field.

We are very well established and have been professionally providing quality catering for weddings and events since 2001.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our food and our eye-catching presentation is exceptional as well as our ability to create something special for you, our food will leave your guests talking about it long after the day.

Each moment is important, from our first conversation right through to wishing your guests good night. You can always trust we’ll provide a service that is designed exclusively for you and delivers the highest quality food and service. Our team will be by your side for the whole journey, especially on the day itself to make sure what we promise happens exactly as it should.

Menu Consultation
The fun part! Sit down with Tony to decide on the menu for your big day, we’ll discuss dietary requirements, your likes and dislikes and any other details about the day.

Consultation & menu planning
Wedding food has changed a lot over the last few years, it has become a lot more individual, reflecting our couples and their personalities so we prefer to work with you, rather than just offering a standard three course menu.

Quality counts and we ensure personally that all ingredients are carefully sourced from reputable suppliers. Read more about our suppliers here.

We are able to offer a high level of flexibility so that we can assist you to choose a menu that is as individual as you are. We also absolutely recognise that there are a growing number of your guests who will need special diets and we are able to respond positively to any special diet or food allergy that any of your guests may have.

Consultations and menu planning will take place mid-week. Meeting usually take approx 1 – 1.5hr and we will go through menu options, food photos and discuss timings of your day, the food ideas we have discussed will be used to create an accurate quote.

If you know exactly what you want for your meal an accurate quote can be sent straight by email without this meeting.
